My experience centres around strategy development, grant making and accessibility. I enjoy working with teams to help them improve how they make a difference in the world.

I currently work in international grant management and participatory grant making.

I am Co-Founder of WISE Mentoring CIC, which promotes the development of young people through character education and mentoring.

I have previously worked in delivery roles in various charities and am passionate about equity and diversity in the workplace, which is fuelled by my own experience as a first generation migrant and as someone with a visual impairment.

About my approach

I am a friendly and approachable person who is massively passionate about making society fairer and more equal for everyone in our communities.

I enjoy working with teams and sharing my ability to improve their strategies and ways of working.
