  • 1-1 coaching for individual leaders to support their leadership learning and wider development. Choose from our range of Brilliant Leaders coaches all with real world experience of leading in purpose driven organisations.

  • Team or Group Coaching Sessions work well for teams from one organisations as well as groups drawn from different organisations.

    Teams and groups are supported to work through their own live challenges or can equally be guided through a series of topics relevant to their development.

    An additional benefit of Team and Group Coaching is that people learn the coaching process and develop their coaching skills along the way.

  • Team or group members learn and practice the fundamentals of coaching and explore how to apply a coaching approach within their day-to-day leadership.

  • We support cohorts of leaders to share experiences, insights and solutions to the common challenges of leading a charity or social enterprise or mission driven business.
