The Dream Team

I am totally chuffed and delighted to launch the team that makes up the Brilliant Leaders Community of Coaches, Facilitators and Speakers.

After working mostly solo on projects over the past 4 years, I’ve put together ‘a dream team’ of awesome people committed to supporting leaders and teams working to make a difference in the world. 

They’re a dream team firstly because they each have a brilliant combination of hard won leadership, development and community experience.

Each person has been through the fire of leadership - got the badge and multiple t-shirts - as well as the developmental skills to make leadership learning accessible to people from different backgrounds and starting points.

But they’re also a dream team to me personally as I’ve been dreaming of creating this community for the past few years and now it is here and I’m buzzing to be able to co-create programmes with this group!

I’ve never thought I have the one, secret recipe for great leadership. Instead, I think leadership is a place we discover inside ourselves and that we build and develop best in community with others.

There are a million different recipes for great leadership and this group embodies that ethos.

We will be collaborating to deliver 1-1 leadership coaching and team coaching as well as be working to design leadership programmes for partners across the UK.
