Leader Circles
Leader Circles provide a powerful learning journey where leaders can:
Access peer learning and support on key leadership topics. Leaders build their knowledge and resilience by sharing their experiences of purpose driven leadership with peers who have faced similar challenges.
Learn leader coach skills. Leaders learn and practice leaders coach skills, which enhance their leadership capability, enabling them to better develop their teams and make a bigger impact.
We work with organisations, Funders and Support Agencies wanting to set up their own Leader Circles and use the awesome power of peer-based learning to develop awesome leaders!
How do Leader Circles work?
1.
4-6 sessions (online, in-person or a mix) across 6 months plus inspiring resources to read and watch.
2.
Leaders learn leader coach skills and how to integrate these into their everyday work.
3.
Leaders access leadership learning, models and practical tools, which they can practise with their teams between sessions.
4.
Leaders give and get coaching from peers on topics highly relevant to impact leadership.
